Sherie has 20 years’ experience in the Disability Sector as Executive Management, and is currently the Acting Director Provider Registration. The NDIS Commission brings together various quality and safeguards functions under a single agency for the first time, with a suite of education and regulatory powers that will apply across Australia. This will improve consistency in regulation and registration for providers in different states and territories. Under the NDIS Commission, the requirements for NDIS providers are nationally consistent, proportionate to the size and scale of the organisation, and responsive to an expanding market.
