We’ve all discovered that telling our clients to “relax” is of limited benefit at best. This second module will introduce skilful verbal coaching, mindful movement, imagery and sensory awareness as methods to engage with resetting the tone (relaxing) of skeletal muscles that can be quite profound and long lasting. A series of short videos will be shown with Michael demonstrating each of these approaches and then there will be time for some questions and answers about how, when, where and why a therapist might draw on these methods.
