Jane Supit, AGS Team Leader/Senior Executive Lawyer
Jane is a commercial lawyer with extensive experience working with Commonwealth clients to deliver a wide range of government programs.
Jane has expertise advising on program design and delivery, major projects, legal risk management, technology, intellectual property, licensing and probity.
She has a reputation for working closely with project teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and to meet Commonwealth requirements.
Nicola Walker, AGS Lawyer
Nicola specialises in commercial law, major projects and finance law. She has experience working with both government and private-sector clients on large corporate and financing transactions, infrastructure and development programs and government investments.
She is currently advising the Commonwealth Treasury on the establishment of the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation and the National Housing Infrastructure Facility and is involved with drafting loan and grant agreements, security documents, and guidelines.
