Will Evans, AGS Lawyer


William joined AGS in 2017 and commenced in the General and Administrative Law team. He previously handled matters arising from the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act) in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), the Federal Circuit Court and the Federal Court. 

William also appears as solicitor advocate in migration appeals in the Federal Circuit Court and in the AAT. He has also conducted litigation as instructing solicitor in matters for a law enforcement agency and assisted in a major discovery exercise in significant litigation. 

William has now joined the Employment and Entitlements team and is looking forward to practising in workers compensation and veterans’ entitlements. 

He has outstanding client service skills and is experienced in dealing with self-represented litigants from his practice in the migration and NDIS area.
