Included will be legal record requirements for tax purposes, client records as well as treatment plan records. Betty will also cover things such as how your records can assist in any complaints against you and your responsibilities with regards to records within your business.
Betty is an experienced business consultant, Remedial Massage Therapist and Homeopathic practitioner and is extensively qualified in these areas, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Health), Advanced Diploma of Homoeopathy, a Diploma of Remedial Massage and Certificate IV in Assessment and Training. Betty assists small businesses to implement new policies, IT solutions and train staff. She has been involved in the education sector, particularly with VET providers, participating in submissions, audits and attending panel interviews with the Higher Education advisory board.
